SUMMARY: PA to Head of Operations - Sandton
POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leader in the education/learning space and situated on large premises. The Operations Team is responsible for providing significant operations/further development and facilities support to the organisation. They are looking for a PA with a minimum of 7-8 years’ experience supporting the Head of the division and the team as a whole in a facilities/operations/building/construction environment. You will be responsible for administrative support, diary management and co-ordination, Capex and monthly invoicing. Your project management, planning and organisation skills will stand you in good stead and if you have some prior bookkeeping experience that will be advantageous. You are a strong communicator that is able to engage at all levels with excellent writing ability. MS Office and minute taking experience is essential. You should be a strong problem solver with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” type of approach and able to cope with high volumes of work.
