SUMMARY:
Are you an immediately available PA who has minimum four years experience as a PA involving managing multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and being fully involved within all areas of a Company. Our Client based in Montague Gardens has an excellent position available.
POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 – own transport and driver’s license essential
3 to 5 years proven PA experience
Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & related programs
Experience with diary & travel management
Enthusiastic, flexible with ability to manage any changes in working environment
DUTIES:
Provide all secretarial, administrative and support duties for the Director
Diary management and meeting commitments
Type minutes for various meetings
Organise and co-ordinate corporate travel and accommodation arrangements
Review and attend to emails
Meet all deadline requirements for the Director
Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies, stationary, office equipment including printers and photocopiers and monitors maintenance issues
Draft routine letters or reports
Organise and maintain correspondence and records
Any ad-hoc duties required to be completed in or out of the office
SALARY: R20k dependent on experience
