PA TO CEO & CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR – LANSERIA – R20 000 + BENEFITS

Matric + previous experience in a similar position. Manage travel arrangements – visas, tickets, hotel etc.Diary & mailbox management, calls & email screening. Organise events, functions & conferences. All typing, compiling & preparing board meeting packs, reports, presentations & general correspondence. Liasie with staff, board of Directors, suppliers & clients. Collate, claim & file expenses. Strong admin skills, excellent communication, professional & attention to detail.
