The Role
My client is looking for a proactive Sales & Executive Assistant to support our sales team and provide executive assistance to the Head of Sales. This is a diverse role that blends sales support, client servicing, and administrative excellence, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client proposals, presentations, renewals, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with insurers for quotations, submissions, and policy terms.
• Support client servicing (queries, renewals, endorsements, claims follow-up).
• Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, and client engagement records.
• Provide executive support to the head of Sales (calendar, travel, correspondence, reporting).
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance requirements (FAIS, POPIA, FICA).

• Matric (Grade 12) essential; tertiary qualification in Finance/Business/Insurance advantageous.
• 2–4 years’ experience in financial services, insurance, or client service/PA role.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems; FAIS compliance (or willingness to achieve). Strong Excel skills.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent use of initiative.
• Professional, client-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
