SUMMARY:
HR and Payroll Administrator

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Payroll
• All HR functions (44 permanent employees plus contract workers some months, can be up to 30 contract workers)
• Answering switchboard
• Receive visitors in the reception
• Manage the boardroom and meeting rooms
• Co-ordinate factory visits
• Refreshments for factory visits
• Stationery and photo copiers
• Marketing material (Books, pens, gift bags, business cards, brochures)
• Prepare Customer presentations (Printing & Binding)
• Travel arrangements – Managers and Salespeople
• Vehicle logbooks
• Manage lady employees
• Manage the office cleaner
• Personal Assistance for MD and FD

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 compulsory
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• 4 – 7 Years’ experience in HR and Payroll
• PA and Secretarial experience
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and good time management skills
• Ability to manage personnel in various divisions
• Driver’s License and own transport
