A Solar Power Solutions company based in Sandton/Johannesburg is currently seeking a P.A./Assistant to the Technical Sales Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Procurement of stock items for solar and lighting
Working with specifications on Panels, invertors, batteries and roof mountings
Creating sales quotes for review by sales team
Customer liaison to book site visits and request documentation
Set up Face to Face and virtual meetings
Taking minutes of sales and other meetings
Updating prospect lists
Compiling completion packs
Filing one drive updates
P.A. to Technical Manager
Matric or equivalent
MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Own vehicle and Driver’s license
