POSITION INFO:

Our company Real Promotions has full-time openings for call centre agents. We attempt for an exciting and spirited yet professional atmosphere in Johannesburg.

We need individuals with a competitive attitude, with confidence, results-driven spirit who has good internal and external communications skills.

In our company there is room for improvement and development within teams, all while working as a team and building on strengths as well as gathering new skills.

Our intensive Management Training Program results in our people growing at a rate unmatched in other sectors.

We have a No-Seniority policy which allows people to develop based on the effort they put in. We offer mentorship throughout the careers in our organization and operate on a Train the Trainer concept. Our goal is not only to develop individuals, but to teach them how to develop others in order to learn the qualities necessary to be leader, setting the best possible example for our teams.

We have a guaranteed long-term contract with one of the prime Telecommunications companies, as a result we are expanding at a fast pace and need some passionate candidates to fill these positions.

We can employ 20 Candidates Immediately.

Requirements:

Sales-driven
Grade 12- Matric
Effective communication skills
Willing to learn
Fluent English
Full training will be provided for this position for experience is not a requirement.
