• Understanding the Onboarding and Active Driver process and researching the mission and vision the business has.
• Contacting and assisting Driver Applicants through the registration process.
• Clear and concise communication on document requirements and document upload process.
• Striving to offer a seamless introduction to the Bolt family by utilizing your script and user interface to the best of your ability.
• Quality check applicant supporting documents i.e. Vehicle Registration, PrDP & Operator Disks
• Download supporting documents from the Document Collection System
• Import applicant supporting documents to the correct profile on the Admin systems
• Identify and discard all fraudulent applicants
• Assist Drivers to register their profiles in additional cities if required
• Follow up calls with Drivers that are outstanding supporting documents
• Able to work shifts 5 days per week (9:00 to 18:00)
• Able to speak Twi Language fluently
• Must have a valid work permit
