Understanding the Onboarding and Active Driver process and researching the mission and vision the business has.
Contacting and assisting Driver Applicants through the registration process.
Clear and concise communication on document requirements and document upload process.
Striving to offer a seamless introduction to the Bolt family by utilizing your script and user interface to the best of your ability.
Quality check applicant supporting documents i.e. Vehicle Registration, PrDP & Operator Disks
Download supporting documents from the Document Collection System
Import applicant supporting documents to the correct profile on the Admin systems
Identify and discard all fraudulent applicants
Assist Drivers to register their profiles in additional cities if required
Follow up calls with Drivers that are outstanding supporting documents
Able to work shifts 5 days per week (9:00 to 18:00)
Able to speak Twi Language fluently
Must have a valid work permit
