SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for looking after our clients out of hours and calling staff from an existing database to fill shifts at short notice within the healthcare sector covering various hospitals and other medical institutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Immploy Medical Recruitment is one of the largest medical recruitment agencies in South Africa. We’re looking for a vibrant OOH Consultant to join our dynamic support team.

The role is late afternoon/evening shift work which also includes weekends so we require someone who lives as close to Table View as possible or doesn''''t mind travelling at night. It is 100% imperative that you have your own transport (car, scooter, motorbike). Taxis and uber is not accepted.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

Be computer literate
ESSENTIAL: Have their own vehicle and drivers’ licence
Be flexible to work shifts during the week as well as weekends
Must possess great people skills/ customer relations/care/service
Have great telephonic manner
Be well spoken and have the ability communicate clearly and effectively
Be able to work well within a team as well as independently

OTHER INFORMATION:

No sales experience required. However, excellent customer service skills are essential with hard work ethic and commitment

No cold calling, working solely with existing clients and candidates.

We are looking for someone who will stay long term in this position and not use it as stepping stone to something else (outside the company). It is, however, a good stepping stone to something internally as Out of Hours provide a holistic view of the company as a whole.

Product and system training will be provided in-house.
