One of the biggest medical aid giants on the continent is looking for Organisational Effectiveness Consultants in the Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal regions.

POSITION INFO:

This role seeks and individual with extensive experience in Organisation Development and improving employee effectiveness and wellbeing.

Minimum qualification requirements and skills:
-Honours degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
-Registered psychometrist (Independent Practice
-Registered Industrial Psychologist preferred
-3-5 years organisational development in the Medical Aid industry
