Western Cape - Organisational Effectiveness Consultant needed to work with the HR team to facilitate and deliver value adding organisation effectiveness programs

POSITION INFO:
Western Cape - Organisational Effectiveness Consultant needed to work with the HR team to facilitate and deliver value adding organisation effectiveness programs

Facilitate workforce diversity programs and team building
Compile and submit organisational development scorecards
Use psychometric assessments to guide career progression
Coach, advise and provide tools to leaders
Facilitate organisational effectiveness interventions

Honours degree in Industrial Psychology
Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) / Industrial Psychologist
6 years organisational development
Insurance or financial services environment.
