Order Clerk / Customer Service

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an Order Clerk for our client in Bloemfontein. Candidate will also be responsible for customer service.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

* Matric
* Strong administrative skills
* Computer literate:  Sage, MS Word and MS Excel
* Excellent telephone etiquette 
* Fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans

Duties will include:

* Taking orders from clients
* Ensure that orders are captured correctly
* Following up on orders
* Customer service
