My Client in the Optical Retail Industry is looking for a Lab Technician to join their Dynamic Team

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Glazing lenses into frames
• Quality control of complete spectacles
• Reporting quality issues to management
• Maintain service and delivery schedules
• Administration duties: Order Capture Packing Dispatch
• Follow standard operating procedures Perform testing procedures
• Maintain and clean machines Blocking and polishing lenses Monitor machines during procedures Create and maintain activity logs

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree essential
• 1 year experience in technical environment
• Telephone etiquette
• Computer Literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Optical knowledge beneficial
