Introduction:
My client is looking for a frontline assistant with dynamic personality to provide a friendly customer service with attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 Completed
• PC literate with MS office intermediate skills
• Valid Driver''s License
• Own Transport

Knowledge / Skills:

• Sound knowledge of handling medical aid queries
• Motivated and energetic
• Organisational skills required
• Must be a team player
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service

Experience:

• 1+ years working experience in industry a bonus
• 2+ years working experience in administration/customer service required

Duties includes:

• Booking of appointments
• Quotations on computerised system
• Assist customers, follow up on orders and collections
• Assist in general repairs of spectacles
• Filing
• Liaise with medical aids and queries on patients info
