Our medical client is looking for an Ophthalmic/ Optometrist Assistant to join their growing team
Based in Randburg
R15 000 ctc
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Experience working in a specialist ophthalmology practice
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar clinical or optical setting
- Proficient in: Visual acuity testing Tonometry (measuring eye pressures)
- OCT / Fundus photography / Visual field testing
- Knowledge of eye anatomy, common eye conditions, and optical products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with digital health systems
