Operator Supervisor

POSITION INFO:

We currently recruiting an Operator Supervisor for a company in Alrode that meets the following requirements:

Requirements:

-Matric with Mathematics or equivalent

-English (good writing and reading skills)

-Local to the area

Experience:

Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
5 to 10 years’ experience in organizing and leading challenging teams
Enforcing safety and housekeeping as a priority
Ensure and adherence to company policies and procedures
Zero tolerance for deviation of procedures and policies
Ability to function in a very high paced and extreme high volume of manufacturing of components

5 to 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry with specific experience on the following:

-CNC Lathes

-Milling Machines

-Single and multi-spindle machines
