An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced professional to fulfill the role of an Operations (Incidents) Coordinator for a dynamic, forward-thinking leading global security solutions company!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The operations coordinator will be responsible for identifying, logging, categorizing, prioritizing, investigating, diagnosing, restoring, and resolving Incidents according to SLA's set out

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualification in Networking e.g. A+, N+, C+
Certifications in Networking will be highly advantageous eg. Regent, Ruckus, HP
+5 years of experience in a similar role
Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
A good sense of urgency and prioritization
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire and security and telecommunication fields
