OPERATIONS AND STOCK MANAGER
- KZN MIDLANDS

Job Specification:
Minimum Qualifications: 5 years in similar or related role
Start Date: ASAP
Manufacturing Systems Experience:
Syspro experience ideal, but not mandatory
Job Description:

National Procurement & Purchasing Management from both local and international suppliers
Must be familiar with Excel functions and formula manipulation
Process Management internally as well as with local and import suppliers
Tracking of shipments, payment schedule streamlining and monitoring of Shipping schedules
Internal Micro Project Management
Assembly line KPI implementation and monitoring in conjunction with Production Manager
Oversee assembly factory including parts sourcing, assembly of goods and outbound distribution
Quality Champion and communication conduit for Quality Management across supply chain
In conjunction with Technical team, keep abreast of Proto-typing status and sample sign-off of approved new products
Assist National team on BOM changes & updates
Weekly National feedback on stock levels, lead times and critical stock orders to fulfil
Review of pricing and sourcing competitive pricing periodically
Management of import agents and management of all inbound imports loads
National stock control including stock counts, stock adjustments, stock levels and stock distribution throughout 6 branches
National transport management including cost reporting, cost management, internal fleet management and outsource supplier management
Syspro System Maintenance including item master management, supplier master management, order system management
HR Management of branch staff, including performance reviews and appraisals
