SUMMARY:
Operations and Innovation Manager Needed

POSITION INFO:

Role Purpose

Over and above improving processes and supporting the efficiency of the leadership team, ensuring compliance, dreaming up new strategies and improving performance, we are looking for a dynamic candidate that will:

Drive change
Maximise on capabilities within the organisation
Shape a new culture
Navigate internal and client politics, be diplomatic and charismatic and stimulate additional business
Monitor progress and champion new exciting and profitable initiatives (business development/identifying new revenue generation opportunities)

Role Requirements

Managerial Responsibilities – 5 direct reports
Must have very strong reporting capabilities
Sophisticated Client Management capability – interacting with Senior and Executive Level Client base
Must be familiar with costing projections (financial)
Must have strong resourcing capabilities (moving assets and people around to optimise business deliverables)
Will be responsible to reviewing and refining process and procedures
Must have knowledge of compilation and generation of complex RFPs (Requests for Proposals)
Acute financial acumen
Sharp presentation skills
Very strong Project Management Capability

Preference – understanding the training industry

Employment Equity Candidates Preferred but all candidate demographics will be seen
Must be mobile – will be required to conduct client visits in Gauteng
Role is remote or work from home

Remuneration

Remuneration: R40 000.00 – R50 000.00 CTC (including medical aid at 50/50 split with the employer and provident fund with 6% employee contribution and 7.5% employer contribution)
