MASA, Cape Town has a vacancy for a Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for temporary employees based at our client sites in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Valid driver’s licence is essential
Computer literate
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Clear criminal record

Duties:

Responsible for the smooth running of client site operations

Responsible for ensuring employees are screened and recruited in accordance with recruitment process and procedures

Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping

Maintain employee files and documentation

Timesheet capturing and processing to meet weekly deadlines

Act with sense of urgency
