Operations Supervisor

Position:

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Inherent requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operations Consultant or Supervisor
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate on senior and top management level
• Drivers license and own reliable

Preferred requirements & skills:

• Established customer relationships within the healthcare industry
• Relationship building people skills
• Highly organised with strong presentation skills

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee client bookings and Operations Consultant activities to ensure booking targets per consultant are achieved on a daily basis.
• Supervise all Operations Consultants within the branch and establish work schedules
• Manage the early identification of poor performance of staff and manage or escalate to HR if required for disciplinary action
• Keep accurate and detailed records for each staff member
• Communicate daily with the Director / Business Sales Consultant / Client Supervisor with regards to operational and staffing requirements and ensure this is effectively relayed to Operations Consultants for placement of staff
• Provide relevant written feedback to clients related to operational matters
• Ensure consistency between clients and ourselves regarding disciplinary processes
• Coordinate the recruitment and placement of required staff
• Ensure that the clients and business we have are retained and implement strategies to grow the current business
• Provide relevant information to potential new clients enquiring about the service offerings and refer to the relevant Director / Business Sales Consultant / Client Supervisor for further engagement and presentation of a proposal
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for operational activities
• Ensure Operations Consultants perform outreach activities to current clients and monitor recording of these activities

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure successful placement of staff in line with the clients’ staffing requirements (inbound and outbound staff requests)
  • Follow up with clients regarding services received from our agency as part of a satisfaction index
  • Ensure that the database search of personnel is conducted daily for staff to be placed on assignment
  • Ensure Operations Consultants have responded to all queries received
  • Develop in-service training to ensure quality service delivery as often as necessary
  • Check the accuracy of leave balances and invoices per client advising on the accumulative monetary values and refer to CFO / Financial Accountant/ Finance and Payroll department
  • Manage all staff incidents and refer to the Director / Client Supervisor / HR as and when required
  • Maintain positive relationships with all clients
  • Be an ambassador for Allmed and the services provided
• Refer of all pay related queries to the Finance Department
