POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in the Temporary Employment Services Sector or Recruitment Sector is an essential requirement for the role. Candidate must be prepared to work shifts.

• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Strong admin skills and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of IR/HR procedures
• Computer literate
• Valid Drivers’ license
• Own Vehicle

 DUTIES:

• Day to day operational supervision of Client sites
• Growth of existing client sites
• Generate new leads
• Recruitment of candidates including maintaining and updating the recruitment database
• Ensure a continuous pool of staff is readily available at all times and placed timeously on client sites
• Ensure safety inductions are conducted
• Ensure all shifts are fully staffed
• Monitor attendance and timekeeping on all sites
• Ensure assignee files, documentation and record keeping is maintained and updated
• Processing of weekly timesheets
