We are searching for an Operations Storeroom Manager to form part of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas:
Supervise all storeroom activities, including but not limited to storage, control, and issuing of materials and equipment. Assist in the development of storeroom policies, practices, and procedures.

Perform monthly stock takes and manage stock levels regularly
Inform the office of any stock shortages
Equipment inspection, maintenance, and repairs
Dispatch correct banners, consumables, etc., daily
Record keeping of all stock issued
Bakkie Inspections are done weekly
Update stock-related spreadsheets
Record any losses, breakage, or theft of any equipment.
Deliveries and collections
Assist with banner deliveries and collections from clients.
Record keeping of banners (flighted, delighted, or collected)
Maintenance and stock control of equipment and banners on the off-site storage facility (plot).

Qualifications Required:

Driver’s license
Computer literate and efficient with Excel
Must have a minimum of 3 years of stock controlling/storeroom experience.
Matric

Skills Required:

Managing blue-collar workers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Teamworking skills

Behavioural Competencies Required:

Attention to detail
Fast Learner
Perform well under pressure
Be able to work in a team
