SUMMARY:
Management position in manufacturing plant

POSITION INFO:

Your expertise - your experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager will most likely land your CV in front of this globally recognised company. A post-matric qualification like Operations Management or a Coschem Diploma with 6-10 years experience as a Manufacturing / Production Manager

Your duties will be amongst others

Resource management

Progress tracking

Variance management

Control stock by inspection

Waste Management

Stock rotation and FEFO principles

Monthly reports (Quality, Cost, Supply, Delivery, Morale)

Reviews, initiates and changes

Broad risk assessment control

Manage staff training, performance and feedback

Internal training needs and plan SOP training per skills matrix

External training

Recruitment together with HR

Arrange SOP trainign for subordinates

Report irregularities and non-conformaties relating to cGMP
