SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Operations/Factory Manager to lead end-to-end production – Metal Pressing, Plastic Injection Moulding & Assembly – and drive operational excellence across the factory to join their team
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- 8–10 years' experience in a Production/Operations Management role in manufacturing (automotive, plastics, or metals preferred)
- Relevant qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Operations or a Diploma with strong experience
- Proven track record leading culture change and operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc.)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, Info-LN) and production KPIs, dashboards and digital/visual management tools
- Strong working knowledge of lean tools and CI Systems. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a strong advantage
