Operations Manager - Workshop - Steel CTC R540 000 Based in Kempton Park

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Experience:

A minimum of 15 years working experience in an operations / fabrication / production environment
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a production manager in a mid-size business.

Operations Manager would contribute to the purpose of the business by:
1. Planning, controlling and managing the Operational people, processes and systems.
2. Coordinating the fabrication / operational team so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments.

Outcomes of Role:
1. Project delivery dates are met (ON TIME) and production targets are achieved
2. Quality targets are achieved (IN FULL)
3. Safety targets are achieved (ALWAYS SAFELY)
4. All production team members are well supported, performing in their roles, and coached on a weekly basis, and culture of accountability is clearly evident in the team
