Our client, a diverse injection moulding and plastics manufacturing company, is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Operations Manager at their plant in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

This is a multi-faceted role, requiring a high energy professional with a background in injection moulding or plastics manufacturing.

KEY CRITERIA TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You must have Tertiary qualification in Operations/Production or Engineering, coupled with 7 - 10 years experience in fully managing all aspects of the production, quality and operations of a plastics/injection moulding.
• You will have proven experience in operations planning to effectively ensure the highest quality of product, customer satisfaction, health and safety and continuous improvements in systems, processes, performance and profits.
• A keen and hands on leadership style is essential to be able to motivate staff and ensure productivity at constant optimum levels
• Sound efficient working experience in budgets and related administration
• You must have a valid driver’s license, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
