POSITION INFO:

Well-established and growing company involved in the provisioning of quality water meters, seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Operations Manager to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. EXCELLENT GROWTH OPPORTUNITY.

For the position you would be required to have:

• B. Eng/ B. Tech in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years'' operations management experience
• Sound experience in managing Quality (Assurance and Control)
• Production planning and scheduling experience

A plus if you also bring:

• Wanting to get your hands dirty
• Potential/ ability to grow into a more senior position with forward/ strategic thinking

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Ensure quality end products are manufactured in time
• Manage resources efficiently
• Implement, document and manage new processes and systems
• Manage stores, testing and assembly division through proper planning and scheduling
• Improve efficiencies

Salary: R40k -R50K per month
