Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the Production Department
Oversee the daily function of the department.
Ensure production timelines and deadlines are adhered to.
Ensure goods and services are procured at the best quality and price.
Liaise with the printing house and promotional material suppliers to ensure all Marketing Collateral is produced at optimum quality at the best.
Ensure negotiations with suppliers are done correctly.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Manage the Media Department
Oversee the daily function of the department.
Oversee all Traditional Media Planning and execution thereof.
Ensure booking and placement timelines and deadlines are adhered to.
Ensure negotiations with suppliers are done correctly.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Manage the Administration Department
Oversee the daily function of the department.
Support the administrator as Liaison between Higher Management and the Marketing Department.
Ensure payment timelines and deadlines are adhered to.
Mediate contracts before and after the vetting process to ensure accuracy.
Ensure reporting is done timeously and accurately.
