Our new Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies across a multidisciplinary digital marketing team.

Project and operational management of digital projects and campaigns is the name of this game!

The detail:

Projects 

• Be the custodian of digital marketing processes. Complete operational management of the digital division. 
• Development of operational processes to facilitate a seamless and agile project, and ensure process adherence and timeous delivery by the Digital Marketing teams. 
• Oversee digital projects and manage deliverables. 
• Manage project budgets vs actual.  

Collaboration and Innovation  

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and improve current systems and processes to ensure sustainable and scalable growth. 
• Assist the team with efficient time management by ensuring resources are planned effectively. 
• Champion an environment conducive to continuous improvement and innovation that drives towards improving daily workflow and achieving annual business priorities. 
• Be flexible enough to combine tried and tested methodologies with innovative improvements 

Are you this person? 

• Do you have a Project Management certification or similar?  
• Do you have at least 3 years industry-relevant experience in operations management, leadership and people management? 
• The winning skills! - Lead cross-functional organizational improvement project teams to success; Self-starter, with an independent flair; Time management; Planning; Creativity 
• Are you comfortable (and confident!) with interacting with individuals, and displaying excellent verbal and written communication, at all levels?
