This innovative group company operating in the digital marketing, e – commerce and advertising industry with a strong growth trajectory currently has a vacancy in their team for an Operations Manager.

This role will work alongside the finance team to oversee the daily activities and operations and you will need to bring a strong business acumen to the team.

The successful incumbent will have proven success managing various departments such a Finance, IT and HR and the primary responsibility will be to ensure and increase operational efficiency to achieve long – term business goals.

Duties:

Assisting with Budgets, Reporting, Planning & Auditing
Policies, Planning and Business Strategy
Oversee Daily Operations and Production
Governance and Compliance
Drive Business Objectives, Sales Targets and Profitability

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Relevant Completed BCom Degree essential

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required
Proven People Management skills essential
