POSITION INFO:

This is an exciting opportunity for an operations manager with experience in financial services to join a well established investment firm in the Southern Suburbs. If you have strong people management skills and are looking for a new challenge, apply today

Responsibilities:

Oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business
Streamline current processes and systems
Assist with compiling month end brokerage reports and their analysis
Develop and document business processes
Set and review performance objectives for the team
Training and development of the team

Requirements:

Finance or Investment degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services
Advanced Excel skills
Exposure to systems such as Nutron, BDA and Swordfish
Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates
