IT Operations Manager

POSITION INFO:

• Grade 12;

• Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English;
• 5+ years working experience in an IT environment;
• Proven skills in an IT Technical/Sales environment;
• Ability to effectively run day to day operations, manage teams against certain outcomes;
• Customer-Centric Attitude;
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Logistical co-ordination skills;
• Excellent Leadership and Communications skills
• Self-driven with high service standards.
