Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
We are inviting applications from candidates who have a calling to work in a NGO environment and the necessary skills and experience, to apply for the position of Operations Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

* Competency in Afrikaans, English and preferably Sotho and / or Setswana
* Matric
* Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
* Minimum 5 years experience of programme and people management
* Own transport

Responsiblities:

* Take responsibility for the NGO''s daily operations by managing appropriate staff, programs and projects
* Ensure that the NGO function optimally in different programs and projects
* Take responsibility for daily staff management, in conjunction with the rest of the management team
* Management of facilities and maintenance of facilities, including premises, vehicles and all moveable assets
* Manage daily security of facilities
* Connect with partners and organizations as and when needed
* Assist with beneficiary assessments as and when necessary
* Etc
