SUMMARY:
Operations Manager - R â€œnegâ€ â€“ Empangeni - Immediate start â€“ Open to all

POSITION INFO:

Our client well-established client in Empangeni is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Take full control of the transport division of the company.
Manage key performance areas of all employees.
To ensure operational efficiency and vehicle utilisation.
Daily planning of fleet [25 Vehicles and Subcontractors]
Accountable for the department’s key performance indicators
Ensure proper implementation and achievements of budgets and targets
Ensuring compliance to standard operations procedures.
Liaising with Suppliers for all operational and maintenance requirements.
Ensuring operational efficiency is well managed.
Compiling a profit and loss statement per vehicle on a monthly basis.
Initiating All Disciplinary Hearings.
Investigating and Reporting on Vehicle Accidents.

REQUIREMENTS:

5-10 Years relevant experience in a similar position.
Road Transport Degree or Similar
Must be strong with preparation of spreadsheets
Strong Ability to manage staff and handle Industrial relations matters.
Must reside in or around Empangeni.
