SUMMARY:
Seeking an Operations Executive from the Healthcare Industry who will will report to the Chief Operating Officer

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Operational service delivery to Third Party Administration clients
Client relationship management of service delivery to TPA clients
Client relationship management of Third Party Administrator clients
Supportive role in business development to Third Party Administrators clients
Primary responsibility for the Provider Network function within International clients
Supportive role in business development to TPA clients
Primary responsibility for the Provider Network function

The following are essential requirements
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on a managerial level in an operations environment
• Senior operational experience in health insurance administration and healthcare provider network management
• Senior client relationship management experience
• Experience operating at a corporate executive level
The following are advantageous requirements
• Post graduate degree
• MBA
• Relevant legislation and industry knowledge
• Work experience in the rest of Africa
• Experience in International Private Medical Insurance
