POSITION INFO:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an ambitious Operations Coordinator to join their team in Howick.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the finance department with the general ledger accounts
• Capturing and processing invoices
• Basic bookkeeping
• Monitoring the supply chain and dispatch process
• Liaising with the Operations Manager on any issues
• Account management and customer liaison duties

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Pastel and Excel
• Must take and follow instruction well
• Work well under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Background in a finance department in manufacturing
• Strong personality who enjoys a fast paced environment
• Numbers and detail orientated
• Experience in shipping would be advantageous
