SUMMARY:
Operations Consultant :Night and Day duty

POSITION INFO:

Inherent requirements: Matric. 1 to 2 years’ experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or in a similar role.

Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred requirements & skills: Relationship building skills

People skills.
Establish customer relationships in the healthcare industry
Relationship building people skills

Strong work ethic
Punctuality
Ability to work under pressure
Motivated and self- driven
Ability to problem solve
Passionate about working with people
Highly organised with strong presentation skills

Responsibilities: Check the on-call report and respond to vacancies created.

Ensure on call staff are placed in vacancies created.

Update all staff’s details and status on Med Zone. Update all staff’s availability on Med Zone. Fill shifts received as soon as the client has made the request
