Operations Co-ordinator required in Pretoria North

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Daily

  • Daily sales – extracted reports from Point of Sales
  • Sales reporting and communication of sales results to restaurants, providing comments and information for analysis
  • Managing the store inspection process through follow-up, checking scores, tracking possible dates for future visits
  • Managing communication between company and Security contractors
  • Planning and liaising with courier companies to ensure that SLA is adhered to

Weekly

  • Updated weekly report
  • Weekly sales results
  • Store inspection results and action plans
  • Power Hour results and submission thereof to Head office
  • Store closure report from Regional Reports
  • Compiling weekly reports from Security companies with any challenges
  • Weekly report on damages in stores
  • Customer complaints

Monthly

  • Monthly Sales reports
  • Monthly customer complaints
  • Updates reports on KPI performance indicators
  • Monthly presentation reports with HODs and Regional Managers
  • Ensure the correct submission of invoices

Quarterly

  • Coordinating the Quarterly business review presentation with all HODs

 

  • Coordination of functions and general support within the Operations Team and Chief Operations Officer
  • Ensuring recognition items are available ( ordering in time)for monthly Manager recognition functions as well as coordinating the handover of these at the function
  • Ensuring recognition items are available to the Operations team for handouts at the restaurant level
  • Monitoring the bookings for all operations functions
  • Assist with the planning of year-end functions and conference
  • Follow up and Support all Operations teams in terms of statistics
  • Liaising with transport providers in Johannesburg to ensure staff transport is available and reliable
  • Supporting restaurants with queries ito Uber Eats Log in details
  • Coordinating and resolving any challenges with regards to cash issues
  • Acting as Liaison between Head Office departments in respect of communication and Chief Operations Officer.
  • Providing Head Office departments (Training, Operations, IT) with any information needed via Chief Operations Officer
  • Provide support to the Operations Officer in the maintenance and distribution of value-added reporting
  • Office Management
  • Managing cleaning and garden personnel to ensure office cleanliness
  • Managing the office alarm system

Requirements

  • Business Diploma
  • 5 years of experience in the Medical / Property Industries
  • Strong reporting background
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office with Advanced Excel skills, i.e. Pivot tables, V Lookup
  • To conduct all responsibilities/actions in a professional manner
  • Organized, responsible & disciplined

  • Own car
