Operations (Area) Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as hands on support to branches and Help Centre to resolved operational issues
• Ensure process and procedures are drawn up and followed
• Store operational audits done to ensure compliance
• Identification of operational inefficiencies through GAP / SWOT analysis
• Communication of store audit findings and resolution thereof
• Daily, weekly, monthly store visits
• Attending every store opening and act as support to the entire operational process
• Coordinate the movement of marketing material for new store opening

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• A Tertiary qualification is preferrable
• 1-3 Years Supply Chain and logistics experience in retail operations
• 1-3 Years'' Experience in training and implementation
