Our Operations Administrator will take pride in providing the best administrative and support service with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer and business satisfaction is maintained. The Operations Administrator will assist Senior Management with operational tasks from a retail perspective and increase revenue.

The detail:

Product, Configuration & Base Clean-Up 

  • Price plan; Bundles - naming, configuration, pricing, payment method. 
  • Website Database - Blacklist, FUP, Fraud, Distributors. 
  • Configuration across activation channels - Website; USSD; Silver Surfer; Auxilium; Console, Account Type correct to ensure reporting correct, Pre/Post reporting. 

 Reporting 

  • Various reporting for collections, bundle attachments, breakage on base product & bundles. 
  • Reporting based on Acquisition by channel & product, and acquisition cost split by channel. 
  • Client specific reports, as and when requested.  
  • Review and board reporting. 

 Client Point of Contact  

  • Operational point of contact with various internal and external clients/stakeholders. 

 Marketing  

  • Coordinate marketing requirements such as social media calendar, printing/packaging, communications approvals etc. 

 Deal Management 

  • Configuration requests. 
  • Uploading of deals onto sales platforms. 
  • Quality assurance of deals. 

 Customer Value Management & Revenue Opportunities 

  • Drive campaigns identified based on above reporting. 
  • Implement revenue assurance campaigns (end to end) for clients. 

 Are you this person?  

  • Do you have a matric qualification?  
  • Are you an advanced Excel user?
  • Do you have a minimum of 3 years'' experience within an Operations Administrator role (or similar) within the telecommunications environment?  
  • Financial experience is beneficial. 
  • Are you comfortable with liaising with clients at various levels?
