A large FMCG manufacturing concern is looking for a Operations Administrator to assist the production, procurement and finance departments

POSITION INFO:
Qualification and minimum requirements

  • Matric 
  • SYSPRO- 2 years experience
  • 3 years Administration experience gained with in a Manufacturing company
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excel a min of 3 years working experience

Responsibilities:
  • GRN''s
  • Sales report
  • Crate dispatch notes
  • Manage supplier invoices
  • Do research on New Raw Material and Packaging material
  • Purchase Orders
  • Invoices and Dispatch notes
