SUMMARY:
3 Months Contract
POSITION INFO:
To coordinate the Administrative activities at Branch Level in consultation with the Provincial Office in terms of financial functions as well as managemnt of information and reporting systems
. Coordinate the financial administration activities at branch Level
. Provide data capturing services at Branch level
. Coordinate the Asset Management activities at Branch Level
. Provide Administrative support at Branch Level
Qualification and Experience:
. Grade 12 and NQF Level5 Office Administration Certificate
. More than 2 years experience in the similar environement
. Prior experience of Information Management Systems
. Comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities
. Working with Databases
. Knowlegdge of Pastel Evolution
