SUMMARY:
An IT company in the East of Pretoria is looking for 2 Operational Support Specialists for their office in Pretoria and the Western Cape. Salary R25 000 including benefits

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Must have completed grade 12
Must have an ITIL (The IT Infrastructure Library) certification
At least 2 years working experience in a similar role
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Very strong administration skills - diploma in Business Administration or similar qualification will be an absolute advantage
Excellent client interaction capabilities
Must have SQL experience
Early Debit Order and Tracking knowledge will be advantageous
