SUMMARY:
Our client in the Digital space, requires a Senior Operational Support with strong Technical background on a 3 - 6 months contract.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Have experience with running and managing e-commerce stores (Knowing the OpenCart framework would be a great bonus)
Be familiar with releases and know how to do post go live Sanities (this will be to check that the core functionalities of each site that is released works as expected and that none of our clients have broken sites)
Be responsible for any configuration of new functionality on all live sites.
Must be able to do testing of new functionality and functionally understand what needs to be tested. (This feeds in on how to train customers on the functionality)
Must be able to do training and onboarding on OPL / OpenCart to customers, some that have no technical background.
Must be well spoken
Must be able to troubleshoot issues on live sites and reproduce bugs to report.
Support on all aspects of the e-commerce stores:
- Order management
- Product management
- Plugin management (Shipping, Payments, etc)
- Content management
- Look and feel (UX)
- Need to have 1st Line and 2nd line support Analyses.
