POSITION INFO:
I’m currently building a specialist network of operational finance professionals across Gauteng for future, often unadvertised opportunities. This is not an active vacancy, but a targeted search for individuals who sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and systems.

These are the roles where finance isn’t static; it’s embedded in the business, driving real outcomes like saving time, reducing costs, and improving performance.

Profiles I’m Looking to Connect With:

Finance professionals working closely with operations, projects, or production
Individuals involved in cost optimisation, process improvement, or system efficiencies
Candidates who have led or supported ERP, automation, or system enhancements
Professionals comfortable partnering with nonâfinance stakeholders
Those who can demonstrate tangible impact (time saved, cost reduced, processes improved)

Background & Skills of Interest:

CA(SA) / CIMA / IT & Finance / similar
Experience in operational finance, business partnering, or management accounting
Strong exposure to ERP systems, automation tools, or system optimisation
Ability to translate numbers into practical business action
Track record of driving efficiencies (cost savings, time improvements, process upgrades)
Industry exposure open (manufacturing, logistics, fintech, services, etc.)

You’ve challenged a process and made it leaner
You’ve helped the business save money, not just report it
You think beyond “what happened” and focus on “how do we improve it”
