Rate:                  R120/hour

Job Type:            6 Months Fixed Term Contract (Extension based on performance)

Location:             Gauteng

Availability:          Immediately (Crucial)

To assist on a day to day basis with the finance operational activities for payments.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in project management and/or business administration

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a bank or financial fintech’s business operational area
• Value Added Services work experience with Prepaid Airtime and Prepaid Electricity, accompanied with Banking Background
• Work experience at companies such as Easy Pay – Blue Label and Pay Add
• Process development and re-engineering capability

Responsibilities:

• Relationship management and day to day interaction with the VPS distribution network responsible for signing up merchants and providing products offered under the VPS mark
• Act as key contact person between the VPS business operational area and Nedbank to manage queries and on boarding of ISO merchants
• Accuracy and throughput of application processing
• Accuracy and delivering on stringent deadlines as it pertains to reporting and application capturing
• Response time and accuracy of resolving operational queries as it relates to the multiple products managed within the VPS business operations area
• Assisting with the settlement and balancing as well as operational support of VAS vendors
