SUMMARY:
Our Client, a Leading Telecommunications company, is looking for an Operational Consultant for a 6 month contract position. Key Requirements: Value Added Services work experience with Prepaid Airtime and Electricity, accompanied with Banking Background

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements: Value Added Services work experience with Prepaid Airtime and Electricity, accompanied with Banking Background

Provide relationship support to the Distributor and Shop Network as it pertains to the on boarding and sale of acquiring devices and solutions
Act as central contact with the acquirer Nedbank from an operational support and ISO on boarding perspective
Form part of a multi-skilled resource team who will be able to assist with the manual capturing of merchant data as and when required
A key ability to pay attention to detail in terms of monitoring and reporting on the application process as it pertains to the business
Day-to-day second level query management support as it pertains to:
o   Changes in information already hosted on the core system

o   Additional terminal requests

o   Terminal deployment queries

o   General value added services queries
Develop processes as it pertain to the ambit of responsibility
Act as SME’s for projects that affects the areas of responsibility
Act as central contact with the acquirer Nedbank from an operational support and ISO on boarding perspective
