Online Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
Do you love electronics, and in particular drones? If you are good with sales and have two years experience in retail this will be an excellent opportunity for you to run your own desk. Our client requires you to close sales from incoming leads from their social media for online orders. We need a go-getter, hungry for commission, always willing to go the extra mile and close the sales!

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric with min 2 – 3 years retail and sales experience

Computer literate with a passion for technology

Love dealing with people and working in a deadline environment

Sales, target and commission driven, wanting to write your own cheque

Attentive to clients needs

Ability to qualify clients needs and sell according to this

Fluency in Afrikaans essential

Clear ITC and criminal record

Ability to be self-managed and work remotely when required

DUTIES

Responding to all requests which will be telephonic, online from social media, website enquiries and emails

Phoning enquiries and explaining in detail the value of the various products offered

Ensuring all enquiries on responded to timeously

Adhering to the targets set

Extensive Client liaison

Quotations

Closing the sales

After sales service for customers

Dealing with enquiries timeously and in detail

Keeping up to date with knowledge on all products available

Salary: R8000, plus lucrative commission dependent on experience
