POSITION INFO:

Our Company is looking for a new Learning Consultant to join our team, based in Gauteng! We’ve compiled a detailed spec for you, so take time to go through it thoroughly. We require our new Learning Consultant to start full-time employment remotely, on 6 January 2021, with training to commence mid-December. Candidates will need to be available for a job observation and a trial day as part of the interview process, prior to this date. The position is a 6- month contract position to start.

Creating a personal and fulfilling customerexperiencefor both new and existing customers

Contribute to a positive tutor experience during all stages of tutoring

To contribute to the growth of the companyby engaging potential customers and making a great tutor match.

Our minimum requirements:

· A tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) completed.

· At least two years’ experience, excelling in customer services or sales, & working in a process-driven environment.

· Tutoring experience or experience in education advantageous, but not essential.

· Excellent English communication skills essential – written and verbal.

· Very comfortable with web-based work applications like Google Sheets, Gmail & Outlook, & a good level of proficiency with technology.

· A quiet & productive space to work from at home: Natural light, desk & work-chair.

· Minimum internet speed of 20mb up AND down; fibre/ADSL/fixed wi-fi (no dongle)
Duties:

1. Taking calls from new customers, listening with understanding to their specific needs and advising them on an appropriate solution

2. Communicating with tutors regarding tutoring positions and making an effective tutor match. Your goal is to put forward the best possible tutor within the same day!

3. Organizing all the lesson logistics, communicating the relevant information, ensure payment is received & lessons start when planned.

4. Assist existing clients with renewals, queries & feedback, building relationship & helping us retain clients and learners.

5. Problem-solvingdifficult situations and proposing solutions to unique learning needs.

6. Assistingtutorswith queries regarding their packages, clients and learners.

7. Working effectively with your team and client manager to help the team reach its goals!

Practicalities: Start Dates, Remuneration, Contract Type
